Vitamins Day Or Night
What is the best time of day (or night) to take vitamins?
I take my most important vitamins and herbal remedies in the early Right after breakfast. Then some of my herbs are taken two or three times daily. I take this three times after lunch, and the two-and three times after dinner. Thus, it is difficult to forget. However, this means that when I go to lunch or dinner, I must carry them with me. I do not remember all the dates to do that. In general, do you, your digestion a favor if you usually take them right after a meal.
