MANY kitten difficulties. How can I take care of them?

I have 3 kittens and a mama cat that lives under my garage. I've just descovered them a few days before. They are all very thin. I bought canned cat food, and were it left to them. One day the cat let me pet even while they ate (the other two run when they see me) The kitten was thin so I could feel every bone in her poor little body. The three kittens eating one of food at once so I change them for. I have someone that they take it in about a week, said found. In the meantime, I do not know anything about them. Is it okay 2 cans of food to them at a time? (Tuna can sized) I should make them more or they are sick? Milk? (They stop when they are full?) Vitamins ????? I feel so bad for them. Is there anyway to tell how old they are? I do not know whether they breastfeed or not. I have not seen the mother cat in 2 days …. One of the kitten growls every time I get from the food … He will always be friendly?

Too much canned food, after-times can nurished diarah give the kittens and they dehydrate. They will not stop until they make themselvs sick, but at the same time, they can eat a lot (until it's really something Tummys very happy.) canned food instead of feeding just try getting some cat food and soak in some milk and then mix them all together with the wet food. Give the Kitten about 1-1 & / 2 cup of this mixture once in the morning and once at night. You can also dry out food for them in between meals (they usually no longer than eat dry food to eat). If you want to add a little extra fat (They sound like they could) also mix in a raw egg. If you take vitamins want, you can find some time to pet stores cat vitamins. Just crush up a vitamin and mix that in with the food. If the kitten is old enough that they solid food there alone, they are atleast 6 weeks old, and could be older. The kitten's growl is good. It's a natural instinct for kittens starve to growl when they make something to eat. The kitten will be fine, and is probably a very loving pet. The only thing I would suggest doing is, a Court made of fresh water. When these kittens havn't always eat enough, they may not even enough water. If it is cold in the night, where you will live, It can also be nice, put a box with low sides (Or at least one low-side) under the garage with them an old towel or some rags in it. What do you think they get from mom there when she was born for the first time? The reason vets say, people do not give milk to cats is because once they are weaned, they do not get regular milk and lactose intolerance BCEOM. That happens when they do not get milk for a long time, and die ensymes that digest milk after all (it happens in humans too). In young kittens as there are enzymes that are healthy and happy.
